Forests are the lungs of our planet. 70% of Earth's land animals and plants live in forests.
The UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization estimates the annual rate of deforestation to be around 1.3 million km² per decade across the world for variety of purposes like logging, agricultural activities, urbanization etc.
Deforestation has provoked the planet earth at high risk causing extensive damage on the biodiversity, climate, animal habitats and many more.
Deforestation affects us all, whether we realize it or not!
