Habitat destruction does not only affect animal species, it has a massive impact on humankind as well.
World Wide Fund for nature has warned that loss of wildlife is an emergency that threatens civilization since it creates an inhospitable environment by reducing pollination, deteriorating fresh air and water.
Ultimately it contributes to global warming and climate change .The destruction of natural habitats is like destroying ourselves.
